Where the Volcano Meets Flavour
Enjoy a complete sensory experience with our Etna & Wine Tour. This full-day excursion is designed for those who want to combine exploring nature with discovering the finest Sicilian food and wine.

North Side & the 2002 lava front
The morning begins with the adventure on the North Side of Etna: we cross ancient pine forests off-road, passing through the Ragabo Pine Forest to see up close the imposing lava front of the 2002 eruption, which reshaped the volcano's landscape.

Trekking to the Sartorius Craters
An easy scenic walk takes us to the rim of the Sartorius Craters, a row of dormant side craters at about 1,700 m. We walk among endemic birches and unique volcanic formations, with the view opening onto the Ionian coast.

Robbers' Cave
We descend into the depths of the earth visiting the Robbers' Cave, a lava-flow tunnel rich in history, once used as an ice house. Helmets and torches are provided: pure excitement beneath the volcano.

Etna winery and tasting
In the afternoon we move to a historic Etna winery surrounded by vineyards. Here, guided by experts, you taste the prized Etna DOC wines paired with a hearty lunch of typical local products. An unforgettable journey between wild nature and refined flavours.
